   Hey I wanted to get something started in Jefferson Co. similar to City serve Augusta, that we could get our schools and clubs involved in. In the initiative we could organize group projects to help our community, from cleaning up streets to offering events. This would also give school members and community members a chance to make a difference in the community and serve others.

   People should be able to travel to vote by any means of transportation they choose. They should not be told to get off the Black Votes Matter bus because the senior center cannot participate in political activities. Voting is a right, it is a non-partisan activity, and folks should not be intimidated while exercising their right to vote. Georgia is now the disgrace of the nation because of Kemp's extreme measures to suppress the vote, and as a former Louisville resident with strong ties to the community, it is highly embarassing. Apologies are owed to those seniors who wanted to take the bus to vote.
